With smart phone access, service provider customers have direct access to their own personal settings and features without interaction with customer service personnel. Smart Phone 2.0 adds more features to support the latest Android and Apple phones.

Responsive Screens is the approach where the self-care pages would respond to a user’s behavior and environment based on screen size and orientation to provide the best viewing experience on the user’s device.
